Refund policy
ONLY STORE CREDIT IS OFFERED FOR RETURNS. We do not issue refunds for any items. Feel free to reach out with questions regarding sizing. Store credit does not expire. Store credit will be sent to you in the form of a one time promotional code once your return has been processed.
- Item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and original invoice enclosed.
- SALE ITEMS, FLASH SALE ITEMS, and INTERIOR ITEMS are final sale.
- Once your returned order is processed we will email you with your one time promotional code.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges must be for the same item, but different size.
- We cannot offer different items to be exchanged.
- If you need a different size in your item, be sure it is clearly marked on your invoice and mail it back to us. If we have your item in stock in the size requested, we will send it to you. If we do not have the size you requested, we will send you an email with a promotional code for store credit.
