Cypress Boutique Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! Here’s how returns and exchanges work at Cypress:
RETURNS
• All returns are for store credit only (no refunds to the original payment method).
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• To request a return label, email us at info@shopcypressboutique.com. Return labels are free.
• Items with signs of wear (makeup, deodorant, pet hair, stains, odors) will not be accepted.
• Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box, and the shoe box must be placed in an outer box or polymailer.
• Final Sale Items: sale collection pieces, accessories, jewelry, earrings, headwear, bodysuits, and swimwear.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit is issued as a gift card to the email used at checkout. Gift cards never expire. Please allow up to 7 days from delivery for processing.
EXCHANGES
• We offer free exchanges for a different size of the same item (if available).
• To request an exchange, email us at info@shopcypressboutique.com with your order number and the size you need.
• If the size is in stock, we’ll ship it at no extra cost.
• If it’s unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or rerouted.
• Shipping delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellation or return.
• Cypress Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once scanned as delivered by the carrier, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. Please file a claim with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If a replacement is available, we’ll ship it free of charge. If not, store credit will be issued.
