Returns & Exchanges
- Return labels are emailed upon request. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the return process.
- Item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, or other product stains may be subject to refusal.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box or polymailer for shipping. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. Shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs if returned damaged.
- Once your returned order is processed we will issue a store credit.
- Items from the sale collection are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, an email will be sent with a promotional code.
- In the event that the customer pays for shipping their shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Exchanges must be for the same item, but different size.
- We cannot offer different items to be exchanged.
- If you need a different size in your item, be sure it is clearly marked on your invoice and mail it back to us. If we have your item in stock in the size requested, we will send it to you. If we do not have the size you requested, we will send you an email with a promotional code for store credit.
