Cypress Boutique Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

RETURNS
All returns are for STORE CREDIT only. (No refunds to the original payment method.)
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• To request a return label, email us at info@shopcypressboutique.com— the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit.
• Items with signs of wear (makeup, deodorant, pet hair, stains, odors) will not be accepted.
• Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box and shipped inside an additional box or polymailer.
• Final Sale Items: All sale collection items, accessories, jewelry, earrings, headwear, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card to the email used to purchase the order. Gift cards never expire. Please allow for up to 7 days from the date delivered to process returns.

EXCHANGES
• We offer free exchanges for a different size of the same item (if available)!
• To request an exchange, please email us at info@shopcypressboutique.com with your order number and the size you need.
• If the requested size is in stock, we’ll ship it to you at no additional cost.
• If the size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or rerouted.
• Shipping delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellation or return.
• Cypress Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If we have a replacement available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
