Order Processing & Shipping

US ORDERS 

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the order date for orders to be shipped. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. Please double-check that all of your information is correct before confirming a purchase, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address. If your address shows as “unverified” during order processing we will attempt to contact you to fix it. After three attempts at communication with no response we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once a package leaves our location it is out of our control. If you have issues or concerns please contact the United States Postal Service 1(800) 275-8777. 

By confirming your purchase, you agree that Cypress Boutique will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages that occur during the shipment process. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for CUSTOMS FEES. Please allow 2 to 4 business days from the order date for orders to be shipped. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. Please double-check that all of your information is correct before confirming a purchase, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once a package leaves our location it is out of our control. It is common to receive NO ADDITIONAL tracking information once the package has left the United States.
